order widget approval button missing

I verified and tried it on demo.blesta.com and that seems to work.

On my test install I've created orders, recorded payment but need to approve them on the billing->overview page.  I tick the checkbox next to the order, but the items on the bottom with "Mark as:" and "Update Orders" doesn't appear.  Also it is not possible to check the box in the title bar as in "select all" items.  I tick the box and nothing happens.  I can only check and uncheck the box next to the order, but that has no effect (button & field don't appear).

I've change the order form to enable and uncheck it to disable requiring manual approval, which did allow me to get further and test the plesk auto-provision, but it would be nice to be able to require the manual approval.

I also tested the SSLStore plugin which also requires approval regardless of the one on the order form.  But I still can't get that order through (no approval button).

This is a known bug in v5.0.0 and v5.0.1 (https://dev.blesta.com/browse/CORE-4137).  Please upgrade to 5.0.2 to have the issue resolved.

Is there a way to upgrade a trial license?  It says there's no upgrade options.

Or do I need to do a fresh install?

Yes you can upgrade. Download the patch version here https://account.blesta.com/client/plugin/download_manager/client_main/download/176/blesta-5.0.0-5.0.2.zip

Unzip and upload the contents of the "blesta" directory to your server, overwriting existing files.

Then access /admin/upgrade in your browser and click the upgrade button.
