Disable register in Blesta

I bought a reseller of hosting and I want to use Blesta as manager, where the site is only for members of my class to use.
I already have a system that is integrated to others and I verified that I can integrate the login from my system to blesta using one of the plugins (shared login)
Can, the usuals can still register using Blesta's standard fleet, I would like to know how I can remove the registration of users

You can just make a private registatration order form and make the other order forms shared urls?
