Yenz Posted January 5, 2022 Report Share Posted January 5, 2022 Custom fields for tickets as we provide tech support for WordPress websites on top of hosting and domains we are porting over from whmcs the ability to put in custom fields within the ticketing system is a must so we can collect login information for ourĀ customers websites so we can service them such as user names and passwords so the ability to put in custom fields for data and the ability for custom field that has the ability to hide the password field with asterisks for customer facing side and that will show on the back end for us Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
