Which tools can be used for PHP development?

PHPStorm 

PHPStorm is a necessary tool for PHP development. It works well with several different frameworks such as Zend Framework, Symfony, Yii, etc. It also supports different Content Management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Magento, etc. It allows live editing support, 
Unit testing, debugging, remote deployment, etc. PHPStorm supports several languages such as PHP, JavaScript, C, C++, etc.

Zend Studio 

The majority of developers choose to use Zend Studio because of its speed. Its main function is to write and debug codes in an instant. It is useful in PHP code searching and indexing. It debugs PHP scripts by using an X-ray, Xdebug, Zend debugger. It is a fast performer when it comes to validation.

Like Eclipse, it is an open-source environment and can be used to develop programming languages like C, C++, JavaScript, etc. it is used to save and load any data. It is also an open-source integrated development tool and supports every Wizard Framework dialogue. It often hints at optimizing codes and debugging and inserts the right code themselves.
