I'm a hosting reseller using NameHero as my server provider and I recently set up Blesta to handle my billing. Yesterday, I cancelled one of my client's service packages under Services from my Blesta billing platform and it actually deleted the entire account and all the related files for the website is removed from my server and I have to resort to contacting NameHero to restore that website account. My question is, how do you cancel the service without affecting the server?
