Blesta allowed changes to input parameters that caused a bug

I replaced the three default 5% markups in TLD Sync with nothing instead of 0 (to be interpreted as 0). If this was an issue, I would have expected Blesta to complain or replace them with 0. It didn't.

After this TLD sync failed to work and errors such as following were generated:
