Concerning the functionality for the 'Support Manager PRO" plugin... 1) -  How do we delete existing file and image attachments for tickets that we have deleted ? Or is this already being done ? If not, where are the files being stored on the server ? ========   2) - Ticket System is NOT receiving Piped Emails that have Attachment.
