And then in the next patch it's been fixed. * [CORE-1065] - Edit Package fails to save email content for newly installed languages It's great to be able to help find these issues and get them sorted. Only unskilled programmers will say that. We write Unit Tests and perform nightly builds to detect regressions before release. As the name suggests, it is a patch for v3.1.0 or v3.1.1 to v3.1.2. It does not contain new files from v3.0.x to v3.1.0. You should download the full v3.1.2 zip.
