0 Tyson
Check the Module Logs (under Tools -> Module Logs) for errors after you try to setup a cPanel package in Blesta. What's shown in the logs? Some API actions may be disabled based on cPanel permissions available to your account. If you're using a reseller account, a root user would likely need to update the permissions for you. See the cPanel documentation on permissions. The "listpkgs" API action is needed.

0 Michael
Hi still no luck. I have remove validation but package still wont show up Then it's a host thing and I recommend you try another provider. I've had clients report to me that their provider says it's Blesta and their server is fine, when they tried another provider Blesta worked as it should be so therefore their provider was either crap or don't know how to run a server. 0 Tyson
and here is some log from cPanel module Output: shifter.xxx.com {"package":[]} I have contacted hosting provider about this issue, but they are insist that they already set up correct permission. They ask me to bring this to blesta directly Since you have a log entry for the listpkgs action, the issue wouldn't be related to a missing permission for it. cPanel is not returning any packages when asked for them. Did you create any new packages? Are they configured correctly? I would create a new package in cPanel and then check whether it is being fetched in Blesta.
