maybe i have found the probleme . nothing related to the plugin code .....

but i will make more profond analysis for this .

EDIT AND FIX :

the are no probleme with the code , is related to the plugin dir name "admin_tools" and routes .

i have renamed the plugin directory and updated all the path . and all is working .

THE BIG QUESTION NOW IS .

the tools link not working if the "admin_tools" plugin was installed or un-installed .

i believe the final solution for the future is fixing this bug

You might have lost permission to the pages. I had that issue I ended up editing something in the database not sure what though I went though every thing I could relate to staff. Before editing the database I'd wait for a Blesta guy to reply with maybe a better way.

You mentioned it has worked before. What since has changed?

It sounds like a web server misconfiguration. Blesta doesn't link to pages that don't exist (unless you change the routes), and if you didn't have permission to access those pages, they would show an error stating that fact rather than 404.

This problem may be resolved as apart of CORE-1321, in relation to a separate issue, since your plugin name conflicts with predefined routes set for Blesta.
