atmarcos
Hi, In many instances, the customer navigating via Chrome gets the error: connection refused ( Error code: ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED ) And often, the pages do not load completely. It would be a browser problem? On the server, apache works correctly. Memory limit in 150MB. IPTables disabled for testing, and the error cited continues. --- PHP 5.4.37 (cli) (built: Jan 26 2015 11:58:42) Copyright © 1997-2014 The PHP Group Zend Engine v2.4.0, Copyright © 1998-2014 Zend Technologies with the ionCube PHP Loader v4.4.1, Copyright © 2002-2013, by ionCube Ltd. --- --- Linux server.tdl.com 2.6.18-308.1.1.el5 #1 SMP Wed Mar 7 04:16:51 EST 2012 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux --- CentOS 5 --- Server version: Apache/2.2.3 Server built: Sep 16 2014 11:05:09 --- --- Compiled in modules: core.c prefork.c http_core.c mod_so.c Loaded Modules: core_module (static) mpm_prefork_module (static) http_module (static) so_module (static) auth_basic_module (shared) auth_digest_module (shared) authn_file_module (shared) authn_alias_module (shared) authn_anon_module (shared) authn_dbm_module (shared) authn_default_module (shared) authz_host_module (shared) authz_user_module (shared) authz_owner_module (shared) authz_groupfile_module (shared) authz_dbm_module (shared) authz_default_module (shared) ldap_module (shared) authnz_ldap_module (shared) include_module (shared) log_config_module (shared) logio_module (shared) env_module (shared) ext_filter_module (shared) mime_magic_module (shared) expires_module (shared) deflate_module (shared) headers_module (shared) usertrack_module (shared) setenvif_module (shared) mime_module (shared) dav_module (shared) status_module (shared) autoindex_module (shared) info_module (shared) dav_fs_module (shared) vhost_alias_module (shared) negotiation_module (shared) dir_module (shared) actions_module (shared) speling_module (shared) userdir_module (shared) alias_module (shared) rewrite_module (shared) proxy_module (shared) proxy_balancer_module (shared) proxy_ftp_module (shared) proxy_http_module (shared) proxy_connect_module (shared) cache_module (shared) suexec_module (shared) disk_cache_module (shared) file_cache_module (shared) mem_cache_module (shared) cgi_module (shared) version_module (shared) php5_module (shared) proxy_ajp_module (shared) ssl_module (shared) --- [] M. 0 Tyson
A browser error like that can occur for a multitude of reasons, but they usually are because of the source machine. e.g. anti-virus, firewall, network settings/Internet connection, malware, corrupt installation of chrome, etc. Users that see that error likely get that error on other sites as well. You might ask them if that's the case, or defer them to the help docs. Michael
