This was using the universal module to create a recurring service that didn't need provisioning. I saw the package term & price when setting it up and also edited the date of invoice (to 7/10) but there is no invoice yet. What did I miss?

The service didn't create an invoice when you added the service? Are you sure you didn't select the "Do Not Invoice" option when you created it?

Is the service free? If it doesn't cost anything, an invoice could have been created and closed immediately because nothing is due.

 

Or are you saying that you expect an invoice to be created for the service renewal?

I found it in the 'pending' category. When I set the invoice due date to 7/13 I also changed the invoice date to 7/13. 

 

Whew - I thought I was going crazy that I'd somehow managed to make an invoice disappear.
