yesterday i have noticed that the cron has error, when i have checked it was Close Tickets cron . i have Clear Task Lock , but it return to lock again . in my support manager i see that all ticket that need to be closed has the last reply by system 'closing notice reply' , but all them still open !!!

where i should look to see the cause ?
