configurable options Package Options not displaying

I add a few options to Package Options (at index.php/admin/package_options/), then adding it to my package, but it still not displaying in order form.

Packages has billing cycle 1 - 3 - 6 - 12 months.
Each package option has same billing cycle 1 - 3 - 6 - 12 months.

I already assign custom options to group, then assign to specific package.

Read from https://docs.blesta.com/display/user/Creating+Configurable+Options but no changes.

I myself found an answer.

Each options should be tick 'Client can add' to show on order form.
