jobplease
The PHP Mailparse PECL extension is required for parsing email tickets. no matter php version, can this be fixed for all future updates ? Salt and vinegar.
evolvewh
What do you mean by fixed? It's required to be installed on your server.
jobplease
The hosting provider blames cPanel for the issue also.
evolvewh
It's not cPanel's fault. We have been using Blesta w/ cPanel since v3.0 of Blesta was released and haven't had any issues. Who is the provider that you're using?

mrrsm
Your php version has nothing to do with it. Your provider should be enabling the mailparse extension in their WHM EasyApache config. This means every time they update the module should be there as well. I would be a bit wary of your provider if they are having issues with this.
