MemoryX2 Posted August 21, 2013 Report Share Posted August 21, 2013 On the homepage I think it would make things alot easier if the system overview widget had a field on the left under recurring invoices that showed the number of tickets awaiting reply. I would think the Open status might be better for admins. Oh I've re-read his, I believe he's looking for a section for tickets like a ticket widget on the homepage.
