Few Tips For Multi-Companies Users

These are tips you might wish to use.

 

1. Use a different colour theme per company, so you know which one your on.

 

2. Open both (Or more) companies in other tabs so you can view tickets for both.

 

You know support tickets are hard to handle with more than one company as they all look the same? Put your troubles away go to:

 

/settings/company/emails/templates/ Then click on Staff Ticket Updated

 

In the Subject put the following:

Company Name - Update to Ticket {ticket.code}

That way they come into your inbox as:

 

Company 1 - Update to Ticket 1234567

Company 2 - Update to Ticket 4567890

Company 1 - Update to Ticket 0987653

Company 1 - Update to Ticket 5678922

Company 2 - Update to Ticket 4567219

 

Etc. I find these tips helpful and maybe you will too.
