Is there a trial option?

thank Alex for your interest, we are not offering any trial for our product, we test them in some heavy sites before any release, we release them until we think is totally workable in any production Blesta system . some of your module we offer monthly term for testing purpose .

in though, we ill offer trials when blesta complete the task CORE-504.

thank you for the reply. the reason i'm asking for trial is that I didn't find where the plugin works.

http://blesta-addons.com/es/

http://blesta-addons.com/fr/

Not workable at all.

I think it's better to create demo somewhere to represent all add-ons of third party developers.

If you are logged in you can see it in the client dashboard how it change langauges .

Anyway.  you can see it clear at this pages

i see , as we have some custom modification in how the template & link appear  for unregistered users , i have restored all the core feature of links , you can now see it clean and in action, now the menu and the caption are translated auto .

I think we have a bug with root directory, all the links are without separation for default language.

We love the knowledge base article patch you have made, users can switch language and the KB article are switched with them . I think this should be default in support manager .

even if I logged in to http://blesta-addons.com/fr/client/login/ any changes of languages don't take effect. Neither French nor Espanyol, everything remains in English.

That's cause it's not overwriting the blesta language you have to set on Blesta to do that you have to go to Change on the my info box and then change the language on the dropdown menu.

if you are logged in our client area or not, you can switch languages as you want. i don't know how you are saying all thing remain in english , can you send me a screenshot . we have tested the plugin in some websites and is working as it should.

Just to note, in some areas/plugins page, the other languages (French/Spanish ect...) are not translated then it show the core english language . we are not offering translated languages, we are offering a way to change language .

i test this when i login as client and it work, maybe i need to test as a real client without loggin in as staff. i will test it now .

Edit:

After the test, we found the language selected for logged in client are not changed, this  was because of two possible scenario :

1 - the preAction triggers is called before blesta check for logged in users.

2 - the preAction triggers is called before blesta set language for client.

as the app_controller.php  is crypted we can't make any change or verify what happen in the calling structure of functions.

we have found the only way to pass this behavior, is to make a patch for the file client_controller.php, we will test it and then we will push a update in our zip files.

Not sure if blesta team can help in this to make some modification in the app_controller to make all the language check before the preAction triggers, of course if this possible and not impacting any other function in the system.

By the way you can test it on our website now .

The plugin has been updated, now the language are translated also for logged in clients . just upload the client_controller.php in the extras plugin to app/ directory .

any other feedback are welcome . now the plugin is fully supporting the gateways name translated, knowledge base of support manager, the logged in clients also, the Blesta Cms pages/blogs ect...
