So, for Historical Reasons, we have a desire to generate invoices automatically from services... but not send them to customers, because there's additional business processing that has to happen first.
Is this a thing that I can configure with the existing stuff, or do I need to write a plugin or something? I have not found settings for which events do or don't cause email to be sent.
