We have needs to display a custom client field value in the invoice. The law of our state requires additional parameters in the invoices (Example: fiscal code number).

Who has one? Do you like it? What do you personally use it for?

I was wondering if we could have a Multi-company maintenance mode, where we can put one brand into Maintenance and keep the other one up. Company 1: Needs to have a bit of Maintenance -> Turns the system into Maintenance mode. Company 2: Doesn't need any work on it and can stay open as usual.

First off this is an awesome feature that I requested for a long time from other billing companies and it's great to see this feature here! A few questions I had about this before buying it. 1. Do we have to have the multiple sites hosted on the same box? 2. Is there a dev version we can also use for testing before moving things into a live site or do we need another license for this? 3. Is it possible to have redundancy in this say having it run in two locaitons? I know that the database part shouldn't be an issue however thinking about the license for it being active in two+ locations so if one ever has a network or power issue our site and support is still online. We can manually add additional locations to your license if you're running it in a clustered environment. IP addresses and directory paths, though, generally you'll only have a different IP for each web server. Currently we do not recommend running Blesta in a NAT however where your web server has a local IP address. This is an issue we are working to resolve in licensing. Also, only the web server is licensed, so you can have a separate MySQL server or cluster of servers configured any way you like.

Actually.. multi-company uses the same installation, so they would be installed on the same box. You would point the docroot for each domain to the same place. You can request a dev license by opening a ticket. They are granted to anyone with an owned license.

Hello, I have a client who has £12.50 in his account as credit. He then has as an invoice for £515.00. It has been a few hours since the invoice was generated but it is still showing him as oweing 515 and not 502.50. Why is this?

Here's a screenshot from 3.1 dev for creating a new configurable option. In this case, we are adding a configurable option that is a drop down for Extra IP Addresses. The drop down has 1 IP, 5IPs, and 256 IPs as options with unique pricing per selection. The field name and value are passed to the module during provisioning, and if the module is expecting the information it can use it to alter the way it provisions a service. Items can be sorted within the drop down, or radio, etc. Only items with a pricing option that matches that selected for the service will appear.

Has anyone used or indeed using Blesta for billing other products services apart from domain/hosting/ssl etc? I'm very interested in having one billing platform for everything. Apologies if this has already been covered had a look and couldn't find anything

What is going on that people are all of a sudden wanting to sell their unbranded licenses? It seems out of the ordinary to see such an increase of something that people are happy with to want to get rid of said license. Curiosity kills the cat I know, but I am pretending to be Simon to bring him back!

Looking to sell my Blesta v3 unbranded/owned for $150. I bought it for a site but went with WHMCS since I couldn't wait for V3.

My question is: Is it possible to have a different welcome email based on client group membership? I am going to be using Blesta for multiple things, and plan to segment the client base by groups. I Will be selling advertising space, Site membership, Support agreements as well as utilizing the Blesta system's Billing functions to invoice local clients for computer repairs, network design and more. I am developing a custom form to Create membership on a given site, as well as create a client account on my blesta system at the same time, thus both systems will utilize the same log in info. It would be PERFECT if I were able to have a different "Welcome" email for different client groups as the message to each will be completely different. Thoughts?
