Average Ticket Response

I was think that it would be great if we had a average ticket response time so our clients would know how long they may be waiting for there ticket to be replied to and also it would be different for each department as some departments may reply to tickets before other departments1 point -
It just breaks it and returns a blank page. In the meantime I just did a "display: none;" in the <li> so that'll at least accomplish what I want aesthetically.1 point

When people are registering it would be nice to verify that there is something in the fields. I've had a few customers who have signed up to my services without an address.1 point
