  1. This forum was created to serve as a place to find extensions that don't ship with Blesta. Typically, these are 3rd party extensions and this forum is a place to list your extensions. Ultimately The Marketplace will replace this thread, however it's not available yet. Ok, here are the rules: Please start 1 new thread per-extension with the name of your extension. Only start a thread if you created the extension. Feel free to include specifics about the extension, including information, screenshots, and a link to your website where it can be purchased or downloaded. NOTE! If there is an extension missing from this forum, feel free to PM me and I'll try to contact the author to get them to list it here, or I'll list it myself with information that is publicly available.

  3. These don't sound terribly difficult, and all these changes could likely be implemented pretty easily within the invoice with the exception of forcing a requirement on the VAT. That would take a little more work, but not much. Is there an official document that describes these rules? If so, would you mind pointing us in the right direction?

    Whm Api Integration

That is strange, but they may mean they only offer support/help for WHMCS customers. You may also be behind a NAT, or have multiple outgoing IP addresses. You'll need to be sure they are all whitelisted. You could also try installing Blesta on the same server as WHMCS (which seemed to be able to connect). That could rule out the IP issue.

    Infinite Ticket Loops

The Support Manager plugin has an internal rate limit (will not delivery to the same email address within the same 5 minute window). So curious as to why you're seeing this type of looping. Some example messages and the type of incoming email (POP, IMAP, piping) will help in diagnosing the issue. My guess is you're using POP/IMAP running on a 5 minute cron. That could be the issue here, and there may be a configuration setting that controls that rate limit. I'd suggest opening a ticket and referencing this thread.

    Upgrading Client

Hi Mike, Paul I wanted to keep them in thier own groups so i created another group for Upgrading/Downgrading and just added all the packags to that group, then on the packages creation page added the group to the list. That did the trick. Now i still have the seperate grouping but on the client services it shows all the packages to upgrade and downgrade. Steve

    Upgrading Client

Yes it is because they are in their own group. Packages should be set into the same group and you should then get a list like this:
