Html Template Share
eversmile_host reacted to ServZoo for a topic
I did this for my own html emails, but by request, I'm happy to share it with everyone for their own use. Again, credit to LicenseCart for the email tags setup that he shared here. Note: You will need to locate the "INSERT YOUR...." statements that I added to help you add your links and images. I did not spend more than 5 minutes doing the editing for sharing, so you might find that I missed a few things you need to personalize. This is a really stripped down html file that will likely not load locally if you try. However, if you paste in the email template (using the Source) option in the editor) you should see it perfectly. All of my images were removed so you can make it your own. All of the CSS is inline, so you can change things easily. There are no comments as I did not want to increase the line count that had to be processed every time this was sent out. You can easily use this for all of your email templates but just editing the text. I currently have it running for everything from ticket response to credit card approval. Feel free to use and share within the community! html-email.html1 point -
I'm a little late to the part on this one...but I'm with Mike on this one, would love to see this as a plugin rather than file edits. Not having to remember to redo file edits after updates is always a plus... Awesome job though .1 point

Been watching it from the start, France was amazing and luckly won, even though it should have been 4 - 0. England was pathetic and was defending more than attacking and lost to Italy 2 -1. Brazil did amazing for the grand opening. Portugal lost a good player due to the Germans being sneeky and faking an attack, the player retaliated and got a red card, then it just was poor effort then on, but it is hard playing another good team with 10 men. I do hope Brazil, Portugal or Spain win it this year, England won't get far in my honest opinion same team near enough to 2010 and we lost to Germany ourselves.1 point

I like the consistency, but these might be a problem due to the simple fact that the buttons don't mention "PayPal" in any capacity. Personally (and this is me speaking as an individual and not in any official capacity as a Blesta dev), I like the idea of not using graphical buttons at all. I think they should just be regular UI buttons that say either "Pay with PayPal" or "Pay with PayPal Subscription". And similarly for all other non-merchant gateways (i.e. "Pay with Stripe", "Pay with Skrill", etc.). That would be, by far, the most consistent implementation, and the most graphically pleasing. On a side note, PayPal has some of the ugliest buttons ever imagined. They were ugly in 1998, and even more so today. This only fuels my desire to do away with graphical buttons altogether.1 point

I've been toying with this tonight and wanted to share. I think my favorite part is the "Login to cPanel" button that logs the customer in automatically. I love my n00bs and helping them help me not have support tickets is AWESOME! This is an open source responsive theme with all of the CSS converted to inline. Looks great on my iPhone! Any way, I just wanted to show off! LOL Credit to LicenseCart for the Hosting Welcome E-Mail (I used it in this email with one or two changes.) I know that most everyone here knows how to do this, but for those that don't, here's what I'm using for the cPanel login URL: https://{module.host_name}:2083/login/?user={service.cpanel_username}&pass={service.cpanel_password} Screenshot is in two pieces.1 point

Thank you very much everyone; you have all helped me get to the bottom of this. So when the plugin is installed, it takes the entry in the language file I mentioned and writes it to the database in table: plugin_actions In this table you will find 2 rows with these entries in the "action" column: nav_primary_client nav_primary_staff (self-explanatory) and these 2 rows will have the "support" text in the "name" column. Just go ahead and alter the text in the "name" column for the rows. Like so: Then clear your cache by deleting the "1" folder from the cache folder (eg. blesta_install_dir/cache/1/) (or use the emptycache plugin by naja7host) and reload the page.1 point

Would a moderator be able to move this topic to the feature requests forum please? I've been playing around with the buttons again, now that the order form page has been updated in 3.2. So now I'm using the following buttons: https://www.paypalobjects.com/webstatic/en_US/btn/btn_paynow_cc_144x47.png https://www.paypalobjects.com/webstatic/en_US/btn/btn_subscribe_cc_147x47.png Which results in the order form looking like: For comparison, it originally looked like: But what (in my opinion) previously looked so unprofessional was the pay invoice page: Now it looks like: (all the buttons match and line up) All I did was change the URLs to the images in /components/gateways/nonmerchant/paypal_payments_standard/views/default/process.pdt. Would Blesta consider making these buttons standard please, as my alternative PayPal buttons are neater and more helpful to users?1 point
