I think you want to use {module.host_name}. {service.ip} is not a valid tag for the cPanel module.

Looks amazing guys. The only issue is I think you go over board with the Author / description. Maybe: Blesta Loading (ver 1.0.0) Author: Infoscan - Informatica, Lda [WebLX], Donate? Shows a Loading Image in every Ajax Event, to see the progress of the page load. I'm a OCD when it comes down to having bigger boxes for certain addons. I believe all the domain reseller apis allow you to get a list of tld's that are available. Rather then having them hard coded why not pull them once a day during a cron job and cache them. This way all I would have to do is add a new package if/when a new gtld comes out.

Hello Paul/Cody/Tyson I saw in CORE-450 that you are planning some new functions on Support Manager that we were working on it (Display Services/Assign Service to Tickets), and ofcourse custum filds that are welcome Can I ask for you to add this also that is very easy, and so we do not nedded to continue with "Support Manager Pro", and we can STOP some confusing in Support Manager Native / Pro Import "Email Name", and not only the "Email" wen its not a registered client Add a "Trash" (visible only by Staff) status (to move to trash) Add a "Spam" (visible only by staff) status (to move to spam, and also to prevent importing by pipe/pop3/imap all tickets that are from the same email in the "spam") Add a action "Delete", to be able to "Delete Tickets" with a "Popup Warning" to prevent any missclicking Add in Ticket View a "Quick Add Client" button wen is not a Registered Client On Staff Replying to a Ticket, change the status to "Awaiting Reply" You can also add our javascript code to correct the "Signature" problem wen you trie to add a "Predefined Response" and it adds after the signature insted of adding before. Logs entries in light grey and with no padding/magins on top and bottom Notes in full yellow and not only the title Client and Staff Responses and title with no padding/magins on top and bottom. i think all blesta people need to have all options/functions of both support manager native and pro combined into one and have options settings all configurable so if people dont like something they may disable/enable if they want to

I usually dont design animated Gifs (I think the kast anumated GIF was in 2008 lol), so there are some rules to get it perfect (we use Adobe Fireworks for image editing), and so in the first animated gif we used the standard export with no pixel optimization and so it created that ugly withe line (I didnt saw at first lol) No you are not fussy, I like your aproach and direct talking (like i see on WHT foruns from you eheh)

So right now, using cpanel as an example, when I setup a server, I either use the hostname or the IP...it would be nice to have a field for both (more for templating issues than anything). Same would be nice for nameservers, being able to put the nameserver as well as the IP. This would make it easier to add the IP of nameservers into a welcome email for resellers for example, when you have multiple servers in the reseller group. At the moment, if you have one package that has the possibility of provisioning on separate servers there is no way to display different IPs in the welcome email. (unless I'm missing this ability somewhere that I can't see).

For the quantity of the Downloads (more than 200 downloads until today only on Support Manager Pro), and emails that we have recived from Support Manager Pro, I think everyone wants everithing that we have added above, its not in anyway advance In Support Manager native there is right now many "advance" functionality that we have initially added on our Support Manager Pro mod: Multi Select Split Ticket Merge Tickets Delete Replies And they are releasing next: Services Selection on Ticket (CORE-450) Custom Fields (CORE-450) Quote Reply (CORE-1318) Now its not so advance, its some minor option to help "us all" Maybe it could add an Advance option (now its advance ), to be able to disable some functions, for exemple functions you dont want Maybe you dont recive many tickets as we do (we recive from clients 20 to 50 Tickets per day, and we open several Tickets, not counting all replies)

I think Cody responded to a ticket you've opened with us regarding this issue. Others experiencing this issue might find this helpful. We're currently looking into this as apart of the CORE-1321 task. In the meantime, you'll probably want to set the URL yourself in the CMS plugin (under [settings] -> [Company] -> [Plugins] -> [installed] -> [Portal] -> (Manage)). Find: <a href="{blesta_url}order/"> and change it to the URL of your default order form, e.g. <a href="http://modbox.com/clients/order/main/index/hosting">

Based on the module logs you included, Blesta specified no daemon ID, and so Multicraft determined one to use instead. I don't know why Multicraft would choose an invalid daemon ID. Blesta only sets a daemon ID if specified as a configurable option, or if you are using one of your explicitly-defined dedicated IPs set in the module, but it looks like you've done neither.

Hmm... should only fail if there was an error upgrading one of your plugins. Maybe try CLI upgrade next time and see what it outputs.

Regardless of Hostbill, I think the current order forms are more beautiful than WHM**.

The invoice PDF's are not converted from HTML, but we have plans to allow HTML invoices in the future, and convert the HTML to PDF like other systems do. The current system is not as easy to change the layout, but is very precise, and is designed to work well in both A4 and Letter size to fit in windowed envelopes. When we release HTML invoices (It shouldn't be very difficult to implement), then I think you'll start seeing more invoice designs/layouts from the community.

We are definitely going to add quotes, but it will not be in 3.3. Now may be a good time to get some feedback on the details. We've discussed this internally in some detail, and we've received quite a few requests for the feature but haven't heard much in the way of how you guys would like to see it work with any specificity. ie, when a client accepts a quote and it needs to be invoiced, what options should there be? Invoice all at once, invoice half to start?
