Domain Search Option Need To Improve
PauloV and one other reacted to domaingood for a topic
Hello It,s great and I recommend that.2 points -
@OP, just set your 4th reminder up. (suspension) I've found that customers that need to be reminded more than 3 times are calling your bluff. Suspended services say more than a thousand late notices.2 points

Hello Blestars Updated 16-10-2014 Added: A more cool loading CSS 3 Efect Screenshots will be added next week, trie the plugin to see it Fixed: Not all links and loading ajax events where correctly loading the animation Optimised: Code was optimised to support the new events on Blesta 3.3, there is no need to change Core files now Updated 11-07-2014 Added: Now it detects all .ajax events to work also on current page for exemple in Tabs loading ajax data, and not only loading new pages Once again we bring you "Free Content" We know that we have in Client Area some kind of Loading Bar event wen some ajax widgets are loading and in Admin area we have alot of Ajax events that can take alot of time loading (depending on how much data to retrive from database), and so we have have created a plugin that adds a smal code to all Admin Pages (actually only one file structure.pdt) to show a Loading image ( Its Blesta Logo eheh ) until all ajax events are done loading Loading Image exemple Teaser 1: Teaser 2: How to install (is very simple): 1º- Download the Blesta Loading Plugin here: Download Here (updated 16-10-2014) 2º- Uncompress, and upload the folder "blesta_loading" to blesta /plugins/ directory. 3º- Go to Blesta Admin, and click on Setings->Company->Plugins->Available and it will list the "Blesta Loading" plugin, just Click on "INSTALL" 4º- Now you can test it just navigate normaly on your Blesta How to Upgrade 1º- Download the Blesta Loading Plugin here: Download Here (updated 16-10-2014) 2º- Uncompress, and upload the folder "Blesta Loading" to blesta /plugins/ directory. 3º- Go to Blesta Admin, and click on Setings->Company->Plugins and it will list the "Blesta Loading" module, just Click on "UPGRADE" How to uninstall: Go to Blesta Admin, and click on Setings->Company->Plugins and it will list the "Blesta Loading" plugin, just Click on "UNINSTALL" Thats it If you like it, and want to donate, please use this PayPal link: Donate Here! First go at creating a Blesta v3 module for interfacing with our (commercial) server provisioning software. Once the server order has been approved the customer can login to the client area and choose which operating system profile to install on the server, and specify root passwords. For security reasons the passwords entered are only used during installation, and not stored in Blesta. That's also the reason the customer has to wait until the order has been approved before provisioning the server, instead of entering the details during the order process. The installation progress can be monitored Data traffic can be viewed provided the server is connected to a managed Ethernet switch The customer can power up/down/reset his server provided it has a IPMI/BMC/iLO/DRAC/AMT management chip or is connected to a remote power switch such as those made by APC. In addition to provisioning dedicated servers, VPSes are supported as well. Can automatically let it create Citrix Xenserver, Proxmox VE 3, oVirt and Vmware vSphere VPSes, using the specifications configured in the package settings. Dedicated servers can be assigned manually by staff approving the order, or assigned automatically from a predefined pool of available servers. For Xenserver, Proxmox and oVirt we offer a HTML 5 console that only requires a recent browser, and not any additional plug-ins. Still have to clean up the templates a bit, and give them a more Blesta look & feel, as they are based on the module we offer for another billing panel. Also the data traffic feature currently only shows pretty graphs, but doesn't actually bill overage.1 point

I do like the tabs idea. Frankly, I just feel that everyone is just so used to WHM** style and cannot adapt to changes, sorry but this is how I feel. Tabs show clearly what's what, I don't see any confusion there.1 point

Domain Search Option Need To Improve
PauloV reacted to Blesta Addons for a topic
Register /transfer /use my own ... it could be better if you use chechbox or radio rather than tabs. in the search result , if the domain is registred add a button to transfer . i believe the search will be in ajax and the result will shown down with small buttons to go with the order .1 point -
I don't believe the domain management is coming out in 3.3 mate, however Paulvo mentioned one I believe he is doing. OP you can use your own domain by skipping the step, transfer is coming soon.1 point

Awbs
interfasys reacted to PauloV for a question
I also agree AWBS was/is the best Rock Solid Billing Hosting System, much better than WHMCS/Hostbill (in terms of Solid/Stable/Reliable), we also used for many, many years Still isnt any billing system with an Advance Domain Managment system like there is now on AWBS, it does almost averithing. Its to bad is dead, and it was a mistake from us moving after AWBS to WHMCS, but we have learned from our mistakes We are trying to add every functionality that AWBS has on Domains to Blesta I also agree there maybe lots of clients stil using AWBS1 point -
Awbs
PauloV reacted to Alex - A2Hosting for a question
Why not? Because it is not maintained and things move on regardless of how stable it is today . The core code may be extremely stable / bug free but server software is being updated regularly, API changes are being made by companies out of AWBS's control such as Payza and Skrill, Nominet etc Sooner or later you will have to move to another system (unless they actually start supporting the project again) so if you're running a business, it might be worth investing into having a migration module built whilst your business is still working. You could play with a double migration though. AWBS -> WHMCS -> Blesta. I'd be sure to thoroughly test it though as things may get messy / break1 point -
They can change the language in the client area. A language selector should appear on all non-authenticated pages, if more than one language is installed. Cody has suggested so in the task. The question is more about where it should appear, and for consistency I'm leaning toward the footer but we're open to suggestions.1 point

Release 3.2.1
PauloV reacted to Blesta Addons for a topic
one observation for the client area . this link https://account.blesta.com/client/plugin/download_manager/client_main/index/ has no option for client to login ? we should goback to index page . i prefer if you can add a login box in the top side .1 point -
Domain Management

Hosting Welcome Email Ip Address Missing
domaingood reacted to Shyuan for a topic
If you use IP as your hostname, then {module.host_name} would suffice. because {module.host_name} = the server IP1 point -

[Req] - Payzippy Payment Module
eversmile_host reacted to Daniel B for a topic
Have you made that request with PayZippy themselves? From the looks of the page you linked...they created all of those modules, so they might be willing to create one for Blesta (and might be able to do it quicker than the Blesta team since it would be higher on their priority list most likely).1 point -

WHM** has been around since 2005, and has bad security. Oh and if you want to say it's a basic feature so is PHP5.5 which WHM** refuses to support and even ioncube says so themselves: https://twitter.com/ionCube/status/481555871735234560 So please don't say it's a basic feature just because one company has it. Blesta is secure and growing features by demand. Which is why there's a feature request forum.1 point
