  1. Hi, I am sure about how you use blesta but I sell domains and hostings to clients and resellers. Hence resellers keep credit with me so when they get an order for domain etc. they can just login, order the service and apply the credit to the invoice and their order is executed. But this is not happening in blesta as credit cannot be applied to the invoices. Same in the admin end. Now to your question: I cannot use automatic credit applying because a client has 10 domains and 3 are expiring but he only wants to renew 1 and blesta has generated 3 invoices, blesta will apply credits to all, I don't understand this theory at all. Blesta will waste my credit on 2 other invoices which I never wanted to renew. Do you get my point ? This system works for single service, example: I have blesta license from you and I add credit and blesta keeps on renewing invoices using that credit, fine. What if i have multiple services say: 80 or 100 then what ? I don't want my credit to get applied to every invoice that is generated by blesta. I hope you understand now. Thanks.

If there is a module for Blesta we'll add it our list of Third Party plugins / modules page to help you get customers.

Looks nice but I think a fully featured plugin and set of modules for Blesta would work best. Focus on what makes GSP's unique and let Blesta handle the rest. But, if you do develop it as a standalone panel, you can still write a module for Blesta.

  8. I've responded to both of your threads. The biggest issue it seems like you have is being able to manually apply credits, but there is a work around for that, which I described. If you have "Automatically Apply Loose Credits" checked under Settings > Company > Billing/Payment, then Blesta will apply overpayments/credits automatically to the oldest invoices first. Some people don't want credits to be applied automatically, so you can uncheck this option. In 3.3, you will then be able to manually apply credits as an admin, and clients will be able to as well during checkout on an order form, or when making payment for an invoice in the client area. Most people are content with automatic application of credits, so it hasn't got much attention, but if you want credits to be applied manually, then 3.3 will solve that for you. It's also important to note that when an admin or client makes a payment, they can pay multiple invoices at one time, all of them, or just specific ones in specific amounts.

  9. Click the "Manage" link for their service in their client profile. Then select to change the renew date, and set the renew date to the end of the term for which they have paid. Then, manually create an invoice under Actions "Create Invoice" for that amount. Word the line item however you like, something like "Prepaid service xyz through date".

  10. I am sure if you raised the problem to the support forum some of the people here would gladly help you. Anyways, sad to see since this genuinely is a great billing system.

  12. Mine don't but maybe if you have to, I think we're expecting it to work like the packages, you know you can select a currency (convert it) as long as it's only got one currency selected for everything mate.

    Stripe Not Displaying

Stripe also needs to be set to accept the currency that the service is using, and that currency needs to be checked on the order form.
