    I'm a n00b here and just wanted to say hi. I purchased Blesta because i was unhappy with WHMCS. Needless to say, I like Blesta more. It does everything I want without all the bloat, plus I like the admin control panel much better. I feel like I am getting in on the ground floor since the development is on going. As I learn about Blesta I can contributate here. After reading this forum for a couple weeks i decided to switch. It seems like the developers and staff are a great group of people. So... Hi everyone!

    lol, bear make me laugh until I can stand no more In the beginnig he tries to defend WHMCS but in the end he tries to "clean" is name.   13. This variable contains all of your name servers, so you need a for loop in your package email. See this sample email from the docs -- http://docs.blesta.com/display/user/cPanel#cPanel-WelcomeEmail

    Yeah I agree but he had me by the hairs once where he used the "You're a mod at Blesta, I was a mod at WHM**, what's the difference?" remark at me once lol so I stay out now.

    Average Ticket Response

    We are planning to add some overall ticket stats like average response time, average resolution time, etc in the admin area. Do you think these averages should be displayed to the customer so they have a rough idea of when they can expect a response? If so, how and where?
