More needs to be done in way of documentation, but people will always have questions and need help. This community has been pretty good about helping people get started and long term you'll be a lot better off with Blesta. If there's anything we can do for you, please let us know. Also, if you need more time on your trial when it's closer to expiring just send me a PM and we'll extend it for you.

Just highlight the package on which you have the biggest margin with a large "Best value" sticker. That's what the Internet seems to be doing...

Namecheap works fine for me. Make sure you have allowed your ip address (the ip address for blesta) in the namecheap api section. Past that you should get an error message in the log if it isn't going though.

Hi, Relatively savvy web hosting client here. I looked in the source code of my host's billing and support site, and traced their support plugin to be this running on Blesta. But I digress. Is it possible to implement email notifications to the client when their ticket is updated? I didn't find an option for that in the GitHub source code. Thanks!

Ok thanks! But it is under 'packages' - 'order forms' - 'settings'

It's currently under Billing > Order forms > Settings. In 3.3 they will have it's own centralized settings which will work on Support Manager / Order / etc.

Hi, As the current blesta spanish language pack doesn't include the order page translations (I don't know if it's a bug or the translation is just incomplete), I made a word by word translation for all the included order pages in blesta Requirements: -Blesta Spanish Translate Pack Installed (es_es) Translated Order Pages: ​AJAX Wizard Standard How to Install: Uncompress the archive on blesta root folder Download: orderpages_spanish_langpack.tar.gz Feel free to include this language pack onto existing blesta package or translation status. Maybe I'll release more goodies as I prepare my blesta install for production environment
