When you are creating the order form, you need to select the box that says "Require Manual Review and Approval of All Orders"

We were planning to do an iOS app, but haven't yet because demand for other features is much higher. Anyone certainly could build an app though, Blesta's API is extremely robust. If nobody has, and we get some of the more highly requested features done, we'll revisit and do an iOS and probably Android app.

I did a quick search through the thread and didn't see anything, so if it's already been asked sorry about that. I have a feature request: custom status I would love to be able to add my own ticket status's. I have my contact email setup as a department, and would like to be able to mark certain emails as "information", etc. Would mark them as closed but be easy to find them later. Or maybe even a tag/label system instead?

I saw this over on WHT a few days ago and following the thread there, it is looking very nice. I'm not planning on starting up my VPS operations for another few months, so I wouldn't really be much help in the Beta unless it lasts longer than that though, any idea on the timeline you are looking at for Beta/Launch?

Ironically, I wasn't able to find our AreYouAHuman login details, so I went to sign up for an account with them, and I experience the same issue on their website. So it seems like an issue on their end. I also noticed links on their website (like http://areyouahuman.com/demo-playthru/) are 404 now. Maybe that has something to do with it. I think you'll have to log in to your AreYouAHuman account, and change the setting to embed the game in the page rather than show it in a pop up.

Thanks for your interest guys. It will be directly on the www.virtkick.io when I write the first blog post. We were focusing on prototyping and coding in the first place. Blog posts will follow when we have something real to show (namely: the beta). Hosted beta - the end of September User-installable beta - mid October Launch - January Please note that VirtKick will be usable for regular owners of dedicated servers - billing module is optional. Without a billing module it's a nice looking, user focused cloud admin panel (compared to admin focused Proxmox or OpenStack). The beta won't have the billing module anyway - we aim to gather feedback from the user point of view. Thanks.

I don't think you need to post a request on the forum about it, the nature of support tickets is that when they have time they will respond to it...usually pretty quickly.

It is, but I've already been through all the settings and don't wanna do it again. Looked at the database and this seems like it would do the trick: UPDATE `emails` SET `from`='myemail@mydomain.com' WHERE `from`='myemail@www.mydomain.com' Just not sure if anything else would need to be updated as well?
