When you install a language you get a tab for the Welcome email (and emails) however no language box for the descriptions... Please come with the 3.4 when the language changer comes *cough*

Ok, we will leave the task open and plan to implement a fix, but it is unlikely to be in the official 3.3 release and will be fixed in a future version.

Yes it will set a dedicated IP when provisioned automatically. You just want to make sure you have some IPs for each Daemon ID set up in the module (and available to multicraft). If they do not get a dedicated IP, it will use the shared IP and a unique port (Not the default 25565).

This could be a good feature to have as I know a lot of companies out there for game server hosting at least pay their staff per ticket reply. This isn't something we use for ours however a lot of friends who run them seem to use this feature so I don't think it could hurt to have. It's also a nice thing to be able to view to see what staff members are answering more tickets could make for a good contest

Only services that are scheduled to be canceled are canceled automatically (at the time they're scheduled to cancel). It sounds like you would like a setting which will automatically cancel services that have been suspended for longer than a configured number of days. Moving to feature requests.

On the client's "Edit My Information" page there is a field marked Tax ID/VATIN. I have no idea what this is used for but in New Zealand and probably many other countries it is not applicable.

I've never heard of anyone confusing a Tax ID with a SSN, but I suppose anything's possible. Just another reason to have optional field support for you to set what you require.

The structure.pdt will be overwritten sometimes when you upgrade Blesta. If you want the changes to be permanent you can copy the "bootstrap" template and rename it, but you will need to add any new changes to your template when upgrading. You could also write a vQmod with the modifications.

The selected email template was not enabled, so the emails were not being sent. Yay for a simple fix!

If you have more than one language, is email delivery enabled on the email template page for both languages?

This vQmod will make the logo responsive as long as you haven't already modified that part of the structure.pdt. You can look at the generated file in vqmod/vqcache to find out what the resulting structure.pdt looks like when the changes have been applied. responsive_logo.xml

I think I better understand your description now. When configuring a Plesk package in Blesta, selecting to use a Server Group rather than a specific Server will load plans for one of the servers in the group--probably the first. It will not load plans from all servers in the group, then combine them into a single list. Doing so would require the module to determine the corresponding server from the plan later on, when services are created, updated, etc., since the correct server would be dependent on package settings specific to the module. I'm not sure supporting that behavior would be ideal. Selecting a specific Server rather than the group, or not grouping those servers together may be a better alternative. I'll move this to the feature request forum. CORE-1408 is unrelated to this issue.

The logo changes I mentioned above work fine for me. Did you remember to update the .logo class?

I also use Notepad++ sometimes when I'm working on a single file, but if you're working on a bigger project you should consider checking out NetBeans. It's designed especially for PHP/HTML so makes it easy to refactor, go to declaration, navigate all classes, methods, properties in the file and format code. It shows documentation for all PHP functions and even your own if you have PHPDoc style comments above them. It integrates with several PHP debuggers, will check syntax and best practices. When WHM** 6.x comes out in PDO format (Re-write) they are going to be in the same situation because every single module will need to be re-written in PDO to be compatible with their new requirement... Oh well haha win some loose some. HostBill: Launched 1.0.0 in 2008 and has a bad business model changing prices every week when they feel like it to hit the $4,999.96 price mark for everything included in it. They charge a high price per ticket as-well and doesn't have a community with the developers. ClientExec: Launched 1.0.0 in 2002 and built on it in every version. Still doesn't have everything either. Blesta: Opened in 2007, built on 1.x up-to 2.5 and then decided to re-write Blesta from the bottom up again this time making it modular so you only install want you want and need. It's now 99% opened and has a strong API for any developer to make it (Remember people need to live). Blesta 3 is modern, secure (Still), opened and still growing slowly, not too rapid to loose focus on the main focus "Secure & expandable billing system". - My own words. Blesta 3.0.0 went Beta only on August 2013, a year today and it's grown a lot and the community is bigger.

While $this->Html->_() escapes HTML content to avoid introducing XSS vulnerabilities, I think you should continue to use $this->Html->safe() for wrapping custom URLs.
