  1. I accidentally deleted files on our server, and the backup by site5 just happened to be corrupted too. I have now reinstalled Blesta, but the database is gone. Is there a way to download existing records from WHM into the new Blesta database?

Add New Service Using Plesk -

Is Blesta hosted on the same Plesk server? Has been reported before that that doesn't work. Plesk restarts the webserver and kills all running PHP processes -including the Blesta one- the moment you add or update any webhosting account. Also concerns the same server that is hosting Blesta? If it concerns multiple modules, Blesta should be changed to provision hosting packages asynchronously. (from cron, or by spawning a separate process that calls setsid() first so it doesn't belong to the same session as the webserver, and then performs the actions in the background)

  4. If you have your cron setup to run on your server, and you have the Provision Paid Pending Services cron task enabled (it is by default), then paid services will be provisioned by the cron as often as the cron task interval allows (default is 5 minutes). e.g. Customer orders domain from the order form Customer pays the invoice created for that service <within 5 minutes> Cron provisions the domain with the registrar Service is active

  5. Once you get them added manually, and make sure their username/password is set to match interworx...all of the Blesta controlled side of it will start to work. Which means they can login from Blesta, Blesta will still be able to suspend the account for non-payment, etc.

  6. There's not sadly, you need to add them without using the module... un-tick use module when adding them.
