There is no direct association between a download from the download manager, and the universal module. The association is that a Package is assigned to the download. Having a service that uses that package gives the client access to the download. The module is irrelevant.

Sounds like a good idea for a plugin *If* you could delete transactions, you probably wouldn't want all your staff to be able to do the same. Making money disappear in one area, sometimes mean it is re-appearing in someone's pocket, off the books. That's money laundering. If you can tell your auditor that Blesta doesn't allow you to delete transactions, then it makes you look a whole lot better and raises fewer questions. I'd rather explain why there's a voided test transaction than be under the heat lamp. In the grand scheme of things, it doesn't take up much space in your database, and space is cheap.

Hello Blesta, We are happy to inform you that we were building a Blesta Wordpress Bridge since last November. Two months hard work helped us to solve each challenges we faced. I think you need to be more specific as to what you're trying to do and how and where it applies in Blesta. Some simple HTML markup to accomplish what you're asking would be: <label> <input type="checkbox" name="tos" value="true" /> I agree to <a href="#">Terms & Conditions</a> </label>

For the A/R reports, make sure your staff group has the Aging Invoices Report Email BCC Notice checked under [settings] -> [system] -> [staff] -> [staff Groups] -> (edit). This will make it available for staff to subscribe to it. Once that is saved, go to [My Info] -> [Notices] and check Aging Invoices Report to subscribe to that email. You may want to also verify that the Deliver Reports task is enabled under [settings] -> [Company] -> [Automation]. Tickets are handled by the Support Manager plugin, so you should make sure that your staff user under [support] -> [staff] -> (edit) is set to receive ticket emails, and that you're both assigned to the departments you want to receive emails from, and your schedule is set appropriately. Ticket emails will only be sent to you during your schedule. And lastly, you can double-check that the email templates are enabled and that they are allowing attachments to be sent (particularly for the reports), under [settings] -> [Company] -> [Emails].

When you add your download under Settings > Plugins > Download Manager, select "Must be logged in", and check "Available to Packages". Then, using the multi-select, move only the packages you want to have access to this download from the right to the left.

Hello All , regarding this thread Make Gateways Available For All Currencies , we have found a solution to make the gateway work for every currency even if is not supported by the gateway . our solution will let the admin select wich default currency shoudbe used if the client currency is not supported by the gateway . then the gateway make exchange rate from the user currency and the default curency supported by the gateway . the solution also show a message to the client before they pay , that the payment will be done in other currency rather than his currency in file . i know this gateway is only wanted by countries that not have thier currency supported by paypal . any betatester for this gateway ? if it like you , maybe i will make all the gateways work like that . best regards

It's better than that one you can also install scripts with Softaculous threw it, and it's fully supported unlike ModulesGarden who ditched us .

Kinda suprised no one has shown interest in this. Final price down to $125, which after you renew support makes this cheaper than a new license from the cheapest reseller around (LicenseCart)...plus a free v2 license to go along with it. Also, don't forget all funds are going towards the funding of a charitable non-profit formation.

Any reason you can't just invoice them for the $6,000 job, and tell them to pay half now, half when complete? Or is it simply that the $6,000 job doesn't exist yet and this is just a prepayment for possible future work? If that's the case...why accept a payment at all...that's going to open you up to tax liabilities isn't it? If this is something you've already agreed upon, just invoice them for $6,000 and they can pay half. That way that payment is recorded and applied to the invoice (to be used as a receipt if needed) and then the rest can be paid upon completion. For your specific question, you can either have them just send you payment and record it yourself (go to client > Account Actions > Record Payments...from here you can input $3,000 and check the box to send a receipt. This will add the credit to their account and send a receipt to them). or you can have them login to their billing area and click on "Make Payment"...this will allow them to make a payment even if there is no existing invoice. Using whatever payment method's you have activated (doesn't required a stored credit card if you don't want it to).

If you invoice them for the credit, and then invoice them again when the credit is used you are invoicing the client for $6000 but they are only paying you $3000. Your accountant (or worse, the IRS) might wonder about the discrepancy between billables and revenue. It is better if they just make payment for the credit, and the credit remains on their account until you invoice it. You can subscribe to BCC notices on virtual any client email. Edit your staff group under Settings > System > Staff > Groups, and check under "Email BCC Notices". Whichever ones are enabled here you can then subscribe to under "My Info".

Your right. An inactive accounts cannot log in. Only staff can mark an account inactive, or active, or fraud, and a client cannot order new services under an account that is not active unless it is first made active. To be clear, are you asking for the ability for inactive accounts to be made active again by clients who order new services?

this issue is not for whmcs importer , also for blesta 2.5 , i have the same case until i found the premissions tips . hope that can be added/enabled as default after the import end .

We are planning to support drop-in HTML invoice designs that get converted to PDF. These are simpler to make than the 2 PDF invoices we ship with Blesta as those are not simple HTML. Is that what you mean, or do you want to completely replace TCPDF with another engine?

No need to re-install, just contact the reseller and ask them to "re-issue" the license. It's a box they check in our system that allows the license to be installed/activated in a new location. PM me your license key if you want me to look it up, I *might* be able to do it for you.

Ah, glad I was able to help! Good luck with your live import! We spent a ton of time on the importer and there's more we can do. We want it to be as smooth as possible, but it's really tough trying to convert lemon juice into orange juice. (or is it apples and oranges?)

Blesta doesn't prevent you from doing anything. You can edit the database directly, or write a plugin that adds that functionality, or edit the core, it's open. There's an infinite number of things Blesta *could* do that it doesn't, some good, some bad, some indifferent. We have to be careful about what we implement. This is one of those issues that we feel pretty strongly about, but if demand were high enough we would consider a change in course -- there just isn't the demand.

It's our job to make an effort to do things right. If you are running a lot of tests, they should probably be done in a dev environment, not your live environment. If this is part of your set up process, it doesn't need to be a feature.

My hero. I'm not sitting here saying everyone from users to basic staff should have the ability to do this. I'm saying that administrators, privileged super users that have the ability to control and edit every facet of the system, ought to be able to remove charges (or any other record) that doesn't belong. Now my test charges are an ugly stain on my system, and are horrible for audit purposes
