  1. Almost everything is now being assigned to no fix version, so that we can add them to a specific release as we plan out sprints. Previously, all tasks were assigned the next release, and then shoveled to the subsequent release if not completed.. it's not the right way to do it, and it's too messy. So, we're getting more organized

  2. the guy has told you open a ticket in his client area , he will resolve the probleme for you . maybe the module is working with others , and he confirmed in his test server is working , so don't worry , he will fix them , also from errors/gugs we can build correct soft/product .

  6. uninstall any plugin normally will cause the data deleted for the table they have . the native support or the support pro have the same uninstall logic .

Hello Paul Your idea is perfect, and naja7host sugestion to convert a Quote to a Pro-Forma invoice insted a final invoice is better for us EU There will be always clients that dont pay Invoices and we have always problem in retriving the TAX for it if the client dosent pay the invoice Quote -> (after acepet ,and Pro-Froma is enable change to) -> Pro-Forma Invoice -> (then we can opt to convert to final invoice or not) Quote -> (after acepet ,and Pro-Froma is disable change to) -> Invoice

  8. - As i told you, if you need any help i am always available for help, just open a ticket. - I cannot and don't want to use unofficial PHP classes made by third parties, i have created my own class for API integration. - If there is a problem with the module then why not opening a support ticket and let me take a closer look at the problem, if it is confirmed as a bug, we will get it solved. - This is also a serious business for me and not a game, i have offered and still offering my help with pleasure, if there is a bug that we have unintentionally overlooked it, i will do my best to fix it as soon as possible.

  9. I don't mind having that invoice box tell the client what method is being used. However, I think Blesta should be smart enough to automatically hide the text about changing the invoice method, if there is only one choice or if we've disabled the client's ability to change the method.

  15. Hi All, I'm trying to create a Pesapal Gateway plugin. And i completed 90%: - Config Pesapal Gateway in the admin site. - Perform a payment in the client site, get status, amout of transaction, save to database. But i have a issue with the IPN listener from pesapal. I don't know how to create a public page in Blesta to add IPN listener. In this page, i need to get all current gateway configuration and re-update database by transaction_id Can you help me?

  20. Yes, by default Apache will add an AND between each condition. You can add [OR] at the end of the condition if you want OR instead. This is regex so you could also add an IP range or whatever you want.

  22. - I have double checked our development installation and available Images does show all images that can be retrieved through the API, please open a support ticket with more details to see what the issue might be. - Some images on DigitalOcean requires SSH key only and no password, so the ability to choose between SSH Key or password if the choice is available from DigitalOcean is not included with the first version of the module, however, might be included with future versions. - There is no ready made PHP class for API integration with digitalocean like cPanel XML API for example, so that file includes API integration that has been developed by us, therefore, it is considered as a part of our module which should be encoded.   26. In addition to hiding the "Change this" text, it should disable the link to attempt the change. It's kind of strange right now that a client can click the link, only to be taken to a page where he can't actually change anything.

  29. Based on his description and the screenshots, it looks like FiRaRi is using the 3rd-party Support Manager Pro. We're not able to help with 3rd party plugin issues, but perhaps PauloV (whom created the plugin) could respond, or you can contact him directly.

  30. Are you using the Support Manager that ships with Blesta, or Support Manager Pro, a third party modification? I suggest testing with the Support Manager included with Blesta, verify that it is upgraded under Settings > Company > Plugins > Support Manager. If you are using the 3rd party plugin, it may need to be updated to work properly with 3.3.

    Ah, I misunderstood. I thought that with "cash deposits" you meant you used a prepaid "pay-as-go" billing scheme, where customers have to add funds first, and every order is deducted from the balance. Yes, sending an invoice for the non-refundable retainer fee first, and a second final invoice that has two line items: one for the entire amount, and a negative one that deducts the retainer, is common.

Comments for both client/and staffs that have permission . a threaded replies like the support ticket . normally , after the client accept a quote , it should become an invoice . but as always in europeand my country invoice should be accounted and not changed , and to avoid some case that client won't pay for some reason, i prefer changing quote to pro forma . if enebled .

  34. I wonder if it makes sense to implement a simple quote system to start with. It would be similar to draft except: Clients can receive the quote via email, paper, etc just like invoices The quote email would contain a link to Blesta where they can accept to the quote Accepting the quote will turn around an invoice. Depending on the work involved, some other terms could be accepted. For example, half to start, final half due upon completion. etc. Really it needs to be fleshed out more, but I think if we stick to the basics in an initial release, it will work for most people and not take a ton of dev time to implement.

    Blesta Vs Whmcs

    I decided back in May 2013, I was fed up with constant updates from WHM** and they used to be issued every night at 2am GMT - 4am GMT. They always broke patches and was slow on support. They also wasn't active on their forums and try to hide everything. Stop you from posting on their facebook, they are immature and to think I was a customer with them since 2008. Anyway yes I had enough of them and though right I need out. Why have a broken billing system. I was thinking about HostBill, ClientExec and Blesta, and thought which one was better... I then found out HostBill was just like WHM** and also based some of their code from it. So why would I move to the same system? So I put that out, I looked at Blesta's demo and looked at ClientExec's. ClientExec was hard to use and wasn't cheap. I went to Blesta's and saw it was $99 owned unbranded license and a free upgrade to 3.x. I then saw they did a 30% off and thought I'd be cheeky and contact the guys at Blesta to see if I could use it to move from WHM** because I didn't have the full amount in my PayPal. I found out that the $99 was already a promotion and cheaper than normal from Paul and I thought yes I need to save up and use Blesta because it's perfect, it's secure and simpler to use. I posted on our Facebook page that we was getting ready to migrate to a new system shortly. My mate Dave from FRH contacted me and asked which one I was considering since they was also thinking about moving from WHM**. Anyway they bought their license before me and I bought ours a few days after. Joining the forum and having a nice experience I knew I made the right choice... and when we got the Beta email to join the forum, I was on this new forum faster than you can say good bye. And I've never ever looked back. Best investment I've put into my business. And that's why I support Blesta and help other to move because it's so much better on this side and not the competitors who put themselves first and not their customers.

  40. I am having the same problem and it's on the same service the original poster had Attempting to provision paid pending services. I don't have the slightest idea as to how identify this service or remove this from cron. I agree, looking into the mysql database is totally unaceptable, plus, there is not indication in the system as to what cron task is failing so, the user cannot do anything about it except to find this thread on google.
