  7. You can do either of these: 1. Make a package per domain (.com) then another for (.net) or 2. Select all the domains for the same price and then another package for another group of domains for another price.

  12. Hello Paul/Tyson/Cody, To be able in the future support all "Meta Types" searches in Order Forms, like for exemple the implementation of Diferent Prices for each Meta Type (Register, Transfer, Renew), can you change in the next release the private function getPackageMeta() in app/modules/packages.php to public function getPackageMeta() ? Thanks in advance

  13. I'm not sure I understand what you're saying. If you are using configurable options for your extra drives, ram, raid card, etc then the price for the matching term will be offered. So, you can offer a matched discount on a longer term for the configurable options. Take a look at this example: This configurable option will add a drop down for IP addresses, 2 options are displayed in the screen, 6 IPs, or 14 IPs can be ordered. The price for 1 month and 3 months are different, with 3 months showing a discount.

  14. So you're saying that: You have dedicated IPs available for a module row that are not currently in use, and they are set to the correct daemon ID in Multicraft as you have defined them in Blesta - as described in the docs You add a service, whose package uses that module row, and you select the config option for a dedicated IP as described in the docs The logs show that an IP and Daemon ID combination have been sent to Multicraft as the dedicated IP address - obfuscated as "my_PUBLIC_IP" in your logs, above All of that sounds like valid behavior. So the question, then, is what IP address did you expect to be set for the server? What incorrect IP did it set, and where did it get this incorrect IP address from? The module would only select an IP address that was available in the dedicated IP list, as described in #1.

  17. When someone orders a dedicated IP using that config option, one of the IPs that you have set under [settings] -> [Modules] -> [Multicraft] (Manage) -> (edit) will be chosen if it is not currently in use. If none are available, it will instead choose the best daemon to use based on memory usage, and Multicraft will assign an appropriate IP. You could write a plugin that adds a cron task to perform that action on the module via cron.

  18. What's your definition of non-recurring automatic payments? Any payment processed through a merchant gateway can be processed by Blesta automatically when Blesta determines the payment should be processed.
