    Domain Continually Renewing

    I think you were right before about the run date being incorrect for Services::getAllRenewablePaid. I think what happened is that the run date (already in UTC) is converted to UTC while it was assuming it was not already in UTC. This advanced the date incorrectly such that each time the cron ran to renew services, your service was erroneously retrieved as renewable, and thus, renewed. This issue is fixed for v3.3.2 as apart of CORE-1500.

    I'm not aware of any pending tasks that would add logging of actions performed by clients. Invoice reminders may still be sent based on your payment due notices' settings if the invoice is not paid. Cancelling a service won't suddenly void an open invoice, so they'd still be on the hook for whatever is still due.

  4. Yes, we'd like to hear about potential XSS vulnerabilities. As with any automated software, it may have generated false positives, so we have to review what you've found for confirmation. You can report potential security issues you've found to security -at- blesta.com. I'm not sure to which ticket you're referring, but I don't see any tickets waiting our response in the last week. Weekends can take longer for a response though, since we're not often available then.

  5. The client ID is available to some of the module methods as apart of input or service data. You should use that rather than the session, as there may not be any session user data available when the module is called automatically or by an admin.

    Expect the list to change over the next couple of years, the cuts made to council funding means that more county and district/borough councils will become unitary authorities. Having said that, Royal Mail don't use the county in addressing any longer. Postcode lookup would be great but a licence would be required and they are not particularly cheap

    I would recommend starting a trial, looking it over to see whether it will work for you, and then attempting a data import. The import can be a time-consuming process, and you may need to fix a few data anomalies and try the importer all over again if you run into issues. I suggest making a database backup after you've installed Blesta, but before you've attempted an import, so you can restore to a clean database if you run into problems.

    2. Yes however you just use the patch zip unless it's a new build like 3.4.x 3.5.x etc. Sorry missed that . 3. Hello blestars A new Update for Support Manager Pro This version is only for Blesta 3.3 or above Added New: - All fixes and improvments from Support Manager Core in Blesta 3.3 - Added Red Badge to Client Area to show also the tickets Awaiting for Reply sended from Staff. - Services Tab in Admin Ticket Reply, that display all services from the client. (latter we will try to add an option to select a service from Staff and Client to associate in Ticket) Fixed: - Deleting all Replies from Tickets still display the Ticket in Satus and Badge count. - Bad encoding in latin characters. Improvment: - Renamed "Add to Delete" to "Move to Trash" - Renamed "Deleted" to "Trash" (because the tickets are not deleted are only in Trash, but you can still permenant delet them ) - Optimised code to support the new "events", and now is not needed to change core files.
