    Sort Packages

    I think the ability to manually sort packages would be a good addition to Blesta. My reasoning is I have packages such as 1GB 2GB etc. and as it stands now, it sorts via package ID. This looks awkward on package listings if you add a package since it may be out of order. For example, if I added a 1.5GB package it would list after the 2GB package. It would make it much easier to arrange and list packages in an orderly fashion.

  2. today i was testing my final work of my plugin . i have found that every plugin can only add 1 entry for each action . so the plugin can't add 2 primary link for staff or admin . the same for widget . and client nav and link for actions staff . this is not a blesta limitation , is a database shema limitaion . what i can suggest as a solution is to add a new field that would be the unique ID for each action . that way we can , easy delete/edit , and add multiple action for one plugin .

  4. actually , i'm using resel.biz as my registrar for soo many years now . the price was very cool , in the last two years the thing year by year was changed . exepct the .com/.net all other extention was very expensive now . the new gtdl also very expensive regarding other egistrar . in the last year i have tested OVH , the price is good , the probleme is ovh add VAT , so the price back hight little compared in the market , i'm looking now for other alternative , like resellerclub or internbs ... any experience for other registrar , i want just to use them in some extention . i can't move allmy bussiness in it , as i have a a lot of resellers that practically impossible to move completly to other registrar .

  5. Under Support -> Staff, your user should be added. If it's not, click Add Staff and select yourself. Under Settings while editing your account here, you can check which priority tickets you want to get the emails for. These will go to your email address as saved under My Info, and you can also select Mobile Ticket emails which will go to your mobile email set in My Info.

  7. Have you uninstalled it, and re-moved the files and re-uploaded it might be missing a file or something. Or if you prefer if I can have FTP to the plugins folder and Blesta I can do it at half time for you. Currently watching the Uefa cup.

  9. As the subject says our ticket statuses are not changing from 'Awaiting Reply' to 'Open' when the client replies. However, if the client logs into the client interface and replies it does change appropriately. Is anyone else experiencing this -- Is it a known problem?
