The method getFieldsFromInput is a helper method we typically use in our modules, but it is not required, so I would need to know how you're using it to determine whether the fields you're setting make sense in the context its used. You can take a look at the Multicraft module for an example of how config options are set.1 point

Blesta displays the two-character abbreviation code for states/provinces from the ISO 3166-2 standard, and the two or three-character abbreviation code for countries from the ISO 3166-1 standard. For Cyprus, the country is abbreviated as "CY" or "CYP", and the states/provinces are numbered 01-05. In your case it may be better to display the full name of the state/province rather than the ISO code, in which case the client interface and PDF would need to be updated. We have plans to improve international addressing at some point in the future. In the meantime, however, you could update the templates from your install to display the full names.1 point

There are 2 cases here. Anonymous Trials If an additional trial key is requested within 90 days for the same domain, the same trial key will be returned. If it's expired, it will not work. If it has been more than 90 days, then a new trial will be issued. This should be a configurable option, but it's not. You can adjust it in /plugins/license_manager/controllers/trial.php. Look toward the bottom of the file for "-90 days", and adjust accordingly. Client Trials This is when you have the client sign up for a trial and they have a user account. In this case, nothing is preventing them from signing up for additional trials.1 point

at first it was not a typo Gladly because it would have made me sound silly. aha however at first nothing appear on the logs until i retried it by doing this 'ave you tried going to a client profile, clicking Add Service as an admin, and trying to create a Multicraft server that way? If the package you select is using Multicraft, it should attempt to provision it. This cuts out the client order process, as well as the cron to activate a service immediately.' Then something appeared on my logs and from their i caught onto what was occurring. Many thanks, Max1 point

Service suspension has nothing to do with renewal date, and everything to do with any associated invoices. Under Settings > Company > Billing/Payment > Invoice and Charge Options, there is a setting called "Suspend Services Days After Due". I believe this is "5" by default. So, if an invoice was due 5 days ago for a service and hasn't been fully paid, it will be suspended. What @Licensecart is referring to is the date range displayed on the line item for an invoice. This date range may have been incorrect in versions prior to 3.3.2. But, suspensions happen based on an invoice DUE date, and it's the only criteria for determining what services should be suspended.1 point

- As i told you, if you need any help i am always available for help, just open a ticket. - I cannot and don't want to use unofficial PHP classes made by third parties, i have created my own class for API integration. - If there is a problem with the module then why not opening a support ticket and let me take a closer look at the problem, if it is confirmed as a bug, we will get it solved. - This is also a serious business for me and not a game, i have offered and still offering my help with pleasure, if there is a bug that we have unintentionally overlooked it, i will do my best to fix it as soon as possible.1 point
