    Awesome!

Sounds good to me. Mass mail is definitely a big deal. The other two are just added bonuses but not necessarily a priority in my eyes.

  2. Well, contacted the web hosting once again, they once again told me to contact Blesta, but, i asked them (as in the support agent) to read this forum, voila, he did and after quite everything was fixed. I did ask to be told what happened, all they said was for me not to worry. Well, i didn't insist much, i was tired after almost 24h working and happy the issue was finally solved.

All the symbols? What symbols? The non-alphanumeric ASCII 127 characters are removed.

  6. This has been resolved. The issue affects clients that use a custom username rather than their email address.

  7. That's the issue, they disabled escapeshellarg(). Blesta tries to execute mysqldump to produce the backup, and some providers disable the necessary functions to do so. You may be able to convince them to re-enable it for your account. If not, you'll need to use some other method to backup your database, or move to a virtual server with Webhostingbuz where you have more control.

This is more or less resolved. The use of UTF-8 characters are still allowed in URI titles, and their proper form is in octets. It is up to your browser to determine whether they are displayed encoded or not.

    Custom Account Numbers

This was a restriction in Blesta for versions 1.x-2.x. It's no longer an issue in v3, their is no reason to reserve a range of ID's for staff any longer. Previously, staff and clients logged in at the same place and could use their ID or their email so it was necessary to prevent overlap to distinguish staff and client accounts. No longer.
