    You could use an addon company, and separate your clients that way. In each company you would only create the packages you wish each to have.

  11. You'll have to ask the developers of the Support Manager Pro to update theirs. Blesta always uses the default and the reason it's part of it is for something later on in the life where you can type a ticket and it searches the knowledgebase.

    You can't you could open a feature request but I've not seen this way in business before. You can however make restricted packages and enable them per client if you wish them to be able to order them.

  18. It would be the information provided to you via SMTP, if you are trying to use cPanel for it I recommend the PHP Mail. SMTP is for extrnal use aka MailChimp.

  22. I'm not sure what you mean about the paypal email address, to do that you're best using another email address as your primary and change it in Blesta.
