Hi,
maybe this is not properly a bug, but a big limitation: in knowledge base, articles are multilanguage, categories not (for "name" and "description" fields).
Thanks
"Priorities" are are silly. Everybody thinks they have an emergency.
It needs to be useful AND editable.
Take a page from ClientExec.
They use tickets types -- which is the same as priorities if you think about it.
"Server down" (emergency!) is not the same as "email issues" (lower priority).
Best of all, you can edit them in CE to suit your needs.
I would like to create a coupon code that applies only to the 1 year term of a package. Currently it applies to all the available terms for this package.
The only solution I'm aware is to create a separate "1 Year" term package and configure the coupon to apply to it alone.
Are there any better solutions?
To clarify the OP's question without a video, the "Term" is the unit interval (as an integer, e.g. 1, 2, 10, etc.), and the "Period" is the unit of time (e.g. day, week, month, year) to span for each recurrence. For example, setting a term of "3" and a period of "Week" would equate to a recurrence every 3 weeks.
A contact's relationship is one-to-one with the client. A user that should have access to multiple clients would need to be added to each separately.
I'm not sure I understand the question. Can you clarify?
FYI, you can remove the ability to use payment accounts by unchecking the boxes under [settings] -> [billing/Payment] -> [Accepted Payment Types].
For partial payments, take a look at this discussion.
