Otherwise they'd be here until July on 3.4 if they was to do everything. That's why Paul removed everything from versions and only adds them when they know they can do it. And it's not the most important thing in the hosting industry because there are others who think the domain manager is... You can't win in this industry.

I experienced the same issue, and deleting from ftp the plugin admin tool solved it. The issue was I was not able to disable any plugin or uninstall any plugin from admin area, after click on disable or uninstall, the pop up window was not in full, only pop up header was there, there was no confirmation message, and no result at the end

I had the same issue, I noticed that problem and I had to manually remove all 3rd party plugins > which worked, but I tried returning them one by one and see which one had the problem. It was the admin tools which I noticed. I will try to reproduce the same error on my demo site and give feedback on it

You can make a domain order form you have to use the type: Domain and other and select it from the dropdown box. If you use the Trial 30 days you can see it in action. Blesta supports SMTP so if you using that you should be fine, but there's so special plugin for MailGun or Mandrill etc, but you could open a feature request for this. You can set-up tax rules for each country in Blesta which makes life easier for you but I've not tried it yet. Not yet, there's TheSSLStore and GoGetSSL, with third party SSLGuru modules, NameCheap's SSL is coming soon as in the module there's a to-do list.
