  3. this is not a big probleme , but is easy to fix . when a package is assigned to a group , and in editing mode, we want to leave the group Membership empty , , after the save we package reassign the last group assigned to it . so we are forced to create a unused group to assign it to it . simply , try to save a package with a empty group Membership field .

  4. Usually Blesta uses First Name + Last Name to indicate a client (as in support tickets, as in report, and so on). I'ld like Blesta indicates a client: - principally with Company Name, if available, - secondary with First Name + Last Name, if Company name isn't available. A use case to explain better: i have more clients related to the same contact (one person is CEO of more companies); in tickets we see always his name (eg "Mario Rossi") but the client is a company in some cases (eg "ACME"), another company in other cases (eg "M. Rossi Ltd"). This is not a big problem but i think that this can be an useful enhancement, and i'm very curious about your opinion and how you do in your country. Thanks

  5. Maybe if they have a company name have it under where it says "Support title" in tickets? Eg: First Name Last Name Company Name Like we have: Staff name Support title

  6. what I found is when editing package, and removing all Assigned Groups and save package. if we re edit after the package, previous assignated group(s) are still there and are also as still there as well in db table package_group for the given package.

  7. 1- No, sorry. Its to complex to make it in VQMOD 2- Thanks I alredy ask Blesta team to review and add all mods (they alredy implement some of our mods, like multi select tickets, merge, quote, etc..). Well open a Feature Request to see if there are enought members that want, to blesta add it all as core I give full rights to use my mods to blesta

    Whmcs To Blesta

As long as all the modules you have are standard WHMCS modules, for which a standard Blesta counterpart exists, you should be fine. You may run into problems if you have third-party modules though. They get converted to "universal module" packages, and you cannot change them to a more proper module afterwards without messing in the database.

    Whmcs To Blesta

It should work fine mate, make sure you take a backup of the mysql database before you start, and do these: http://docs.blesta.com/display/user/WHMCS+5.2 the MD5 bit so your clients can log in and then after your clients log in it's then converted to the new Blesta hash.

  13. I'm optimistic and have used crap software who rush and end up breaking things trying to fix things, at least you know it's coming, the market place was the same and now it links to the new feature coming shortly. You can't just expect the world in a year, Rome wasn't built in a day. And thanks I think you are a great and excellent guy too, but we need to learn to walk before we run. Security first . I'm sorry if it's like I'm trying to attack you, I'm not just being realistic if you get me. I'm the same everywhere . But it's true though they all put stuff there coming soon, but you can't expect people to rush the code and do everything
