    Bad Luck?

    I was born on Friday the 13th, so days like today bring me good luck.

  2. adding this in /config/blesta.php did the job: if ($_SERVER['HTTP_X_FORWARDED_PROTO'] == 'https') $_SERVER['HTTPS']='on';

  3. Make sure you have set-up the cpanel module correctly. Like the hostname, username, and remote key. Don't forget to check SSL

    Original Email Templates

    I believe the email template docs show the default text (in a screenshot), which could be used for reference if you lost the original.

    Unable Add Client

    Make sure there isn't any spaces before/after the email address. Blesta performs a DNS check on domains for email addresses to ensure they're valid.

  8. Have you taken a look at this thread? It might be a privilege issue in the root account for resellers. You could also check the module logs to see what the module retrieves from cPanel for the "listpkgs" API call.

  10. As stated in the other thread, copy the email from the thread, to the TEXT box and then copy and paste it to the HTML, that way it doesn't have any invalid characters like Blank spaces (in random places) or other stuff.

  13. I think the OP is asking about the email sent from Authorize.net, not Blesta. I think the gateway is only given the payment account details (no email, no client ID), assuming the card is not stored with Authorize.net. However, you may be able to update the gateway to pull in that information and pass it along to Authorize.net. As for invoice numbers, it's possible to pay multiple invoices at once, so I'm not sure how well that would be displayed in their email.

  14. Is your .htaccess file present, are you using mod_rewrite for fancy URLs? ie /admin/login instead of /index.php/admin/login? I didn't read back super far, but this could cause a 404 error.

    Original Email Templates

    I am considering a feature which could "Restore Defaults" for email templates, and the portal markup, but no such option currently exists. My suggestion is to maintain a backup in case you need to restore the previous values.

  16. I suggest doing a new install, and keeping the test/trial install. Open both up side by side and copy the settings across manually. The reason is that copying individual tables over can potentially corrupt the database and cause any number of strange issues, it's not worth it.

  19. Could very well be. But I have been told that tax inspectors exist outside the EU as well. Not all countries may have exact rules about what needs to be on an invoice, and what administration you must keep, but they generally do appreciate it if the information you do have is accurate, and do require that you have sufficient information for your turnover to be calculated and taxed properly. Things like back dated invoices, and dynamic address information -that suddenly may show a different state/country than originally, not matching the sales tax charged- are not going to earn you kudos anywhere.
