    Yes it is just a theme but with a mobile UI, and it would be much easier to do the basic tasks on your mobile using a mobile UI from replying to tickets to accepting orders ...etc than using the default admin area theme which isn't responsive, we're planning on adding more features to it.

    This should be a very, very, very, very very very low priority. I'm so sick of companies like Kayako, WH..., etc making a mobile app and focusing on it more than actual development of the software behind it. What's better is simply ensuring a mobile-friendly responsive layout which it has anyway. Takes far less time and development resources away from things that really matter.

  4. if you are in UK, have you tried resell.biz as a registrar ? for a marchent account , i believe stripe is the best one in the market .

    @naja7host What i said is only a joke, a provocation. You know my opinion about multi-language & co. in Blesta. I think also that Blesta team should take you on board, as a remote freelance! Non only for your great contribution, but also because you can represent an foreign point of view (about translations, invoicing and pro-forma, and so on). Good luck!

  8. Sorry Pal leeds is in west yorkshire, Not west yorkshire is in leeds.... bit like saying london is a state of tottenham I have had to manually add this into the database.. I do think this needs looking at for UK customers.... That list also needs updating

  9. As Mike mentioned, completely separate. You could have the support manager installed on one company, but not another. You could have staff be able to access support for 1 company but not another, or both, or have different roles and permissions in each company. There have been a couple requests for the ability for support to see all tickets across all companies in a single view, and it's something we are considering as an option.

  12. I suggest doing a new install, and keeping the test/trial install. Open both up side by side and copy the settings across manually. The reason is that copying individual tables over can potentially corrupt the database and cause any number of strange issues, it's not worth it.
