    Crm Or Integration

It would be great to have integration with a CRM or have a plugin for one in Blesta. I'm envisioning being able to collect leads with web forms, email, live chat or phone. Make notes, communicate using the ticket desk, create quotes, etc. The lead should be able to click on the quote, accept it which will create their account service, etc in blesta. This would allow us to work in one portal and keep information in one place rather than using 4 or 5 different, unsync'd systems.

    Blesta Without Whm/cpanel

Great! If you want to write a how to guide that would be fantastic. I'd say, post in on the forums here in a new thread and we'll link to it from the documentation.

    Blesta Without Whm/cpanel

It took me a while to figure out how... but I have successfully installed Blesta 3.4.2 on Centos 7 with Open LiteSpeed. I'm happy to report it is BLAZING fast. I respectfully submit that Open LiteSpeed is a better path than NGINX on a non-cpanel server for a few reasons. 1 - In a production environment, I don't want to be figuring out NGINX config file syntax should I have a support issue. The Open Litespeed web admin interface provides a much needed level of comfort. 2 - Litespeed has an official upgrade and support path... I can upgrade to a paid Litespeed product or simply move the site back into my cPanel Litespeed stack. I like having options. 3 - I already use Litespeed in my shared environment since NGINX isn't officially supported on cPanel. (Whhhy cPanel?) I'm commenting purely from a business point of view... Nginx may indeed be faster, more secure, etc.... Anyways, I would be happy to write up a Centos 7 / Blesta / litespeed install How To guide. I don't mind sending it to the Blesta team so they can edit my draft and publish it through official channels. Just let me know with whom to coordinate.

    Order Form 404 Not Found

Oops. My bad, I forgot to enable SSL for the domain in question, and since it was configured to use https it wasn't going to the right place. Thanks.

    Order Form 404 Not Found

Hey, welcome! Does your .htaccess file exist - are you using mod_rewrite for pretty URL's? If you can see index.php in the URL anywhere, then you aren't and you may need to prepend it to the path to the order form. If you are, then I wonder if you have mod_security or anything running that may be blocking requests to that resource.

  7. Awesome! We were part of the beta. We're also part of the AliPay beta. I haven't had a chance to work on the plugin, but I'm hoping to get to it this weekend. I'll be integrating Stripe Checkout.

  9. This feature has been asked for quite a lot, so I've now added it to the issue tracker. You should be able to start using Cachet now Yeah, Pingdom is great for server monitoring but not informing customers of why the service went down in the first place. In regards to the hundreds or thousands of servers, how do you mean "what happens"? How do you list them all?

  10. Hi. I would like to see the ability to where potential clients can do a whois lookup and register there chosen domain name based on the extensions that I add (i.e. .com, .edu, etc). Also, in my billing system, I created a package for Free clients and I would like to have the ability to enter my domainname that I'm gonna use for clients to signup for a free subdomain. Example: I'm not giving my Free clients the ability to create a domain name, but only a subdomain (i.e. subdomain.zhostingsolutions.cu.cc). So, I wanna add .zhostingsolutions.cu.cc to my billing system for Free members. Based on what I already put about the nameserver, api key and ip address in "System Api Key, Nameservers, And Ip Address Integration Module," the api key will automatically add zhostingsolutions.cu.cc to the subdomain dropdown menu in the Free client's account. Thanks.

  11. CORE-1586 is a different issue. A zero-due order asking for payment will be updated as part of CORE-1489. If you're running v3.3.2+, invoices with zero-due are closed automatically on creation.

  12. Sorry to hack , but part of topic was to only associate a given payment method to a package, it's a really good feature to have. example, when : - monthly service terms, we could associate "subscription" only VS having both "buy now" & "subscription". - one time terms: only associate onetime payment VS display both. - etc

  13. I wonder if it makes sense to implement a simple quote system to start with. It would be similar to draft except: Clients can receive the quote via email, paper, etc just like invoices The quote email would contain a link to Blesta where they can accept to the quote Accepting the quote will turn around an invoice. Depending on the work involved, some other terms could be accepted. For example, half to start, final half due upon completion. etc. Really it needs to be fleshed out more, but I think if we stick to the basics in an initial release, it will work for most people and not take a ton of dev time to implement.
