what you said is interresting, I personaly do not work yet with domains even if the setup is ever in place and like you said one extension by package for having flexibility to change price by extensions. For my need I removed possibility to upgrade package, I sell software licence and my customer can not upgrade from trial to paid, they just order appropriate licence, as I was not 100% certain Blesta manage well such upgrade, I do not want issue for later And yes upgrade package (domain) should not allow makes confusion to customer, you are correct. I think the upgrade package option (enable/ disable) should be allowed at package level and not only for the entire Blesta system (all packages) like it is by now2 points

Domain And Other Form Stuck In A Infinite Loop
Blesta Addons and one other reacted to Paul for a question
Your domain and your hosting packages should be in different groups. There is a drop down when configuring the order form to select the domain package group, and a multi-select to add one or more other groups. If you separate them like this, then it should work2 points -

Move Clients In Multi-Company
Blesta Addons reacted to BigBoomer for a question
Yeah, I kept digging and found a way. Each company has it's own set of client groups. You look in client_groups for the id of the group you want the client to switch to, based on the company_id field. Then you run a SQL query to update the client_group_id inside the clients table to reflect the new company's group. Now you're all switched over!!! Could be a nightmare with enough records, or too many groups but... I managed.1 point -
Move Clients In Multi-Company
PauloV reacted to Blesta Addons for a question
i think a sql query can do that in phpmyadmin . but not sure of this .1 point -
Blesta doesn't send a single daily email regarding multiple settings, like you mentioned. Blesta sends individual emails for things like payment reminders, suspension notices, etc. when the cron determines such an email should be sent. As an admin, you can subscribe to those emails so that you receive them when a client does as well. You can enable that per email under [My Info] -> [Notices]. A description of what each email template is used for is also available under [settings] -> [Emails] as well as in the documentation.1 point

I imagine it is useful for some to allow the same email address to be used for different contacts as long as it's not for the username since some clients have a single person managing multiple (likely business) accounts, and checking only one email address would be more convenient than multiple. And for me, it is certainly easier during development to manage all of my 'fake' clients.1 point

No, I didn't bother to check whether one created a username. I would still think each account required a unique email. Not a big deal I suppose1 point
-
The email addresses are identical, and both accounts use the email address as the username? Or are the usernames different (they have to be)? Blesta allows for the same email address to be used for separate accounts/contacts, but if the email is used as the username, then it must be unique from all other users. The client would have received an error if they tried to create an account with a username that has already been taken.1 point

[Module] Opensrs - Beta 1.0.8 Relesed :)
PauloV reacted to cleverhost for a topic
PauloV, I finally made good on my promise and sent a donation your way. I hope you can spend a bit more time on this module as I am finally moving new sales over to Blesta very soon, and then my existing customers soon after that, and I only use OpenSRS for domain registration/transfers. Thanks for all your hard work!1 point -
Invoice Pdf - Maybe A Bug - Not Compliant For My Region

Awesome, thanks for the update!1 point

Thank you again for this this amazing answer. The code changes worked perfectly. I want to make one additional change though: The "Starting at" price should always show the lowest possible price. In Larry Beall's example, it should say "Starting at $7" and NOT "Starting at $8". What code changes are necessary to make this happen?1 point
