    Eu - New Vat Rules

Agreed. If you don't mind, please create a new feature request. We've discussed this internally to some extent and want to get this right. I'm not sure if we have a task for it yet, but I'd like Cody to take a look and create the necessary task if not. A new thread would be perfect.

  6. Seems this went off topic. Everyone take a break and watch some BillingBRAWL. @ModulesBakery, feel free to open a new thread whenever you want to do a new poll. This one is 5 months old, and off track so I'm closing it.

  8. Actually, yes I have. There is a timber store (chain of them actually), that sells to both businesses and consumers, that displays it's prices excluding VAT. And that's just one example. I'll be carrying on displaying my prices excluding VAT on my site. The customers see the total price when they place the order, and they are welcome to decide whether they wish to proceed or not.

  9. As far as the Support Manager is concerned, a ticket is created independently from any note or reply text you add to it, so it would require additional logic to determine which reply was indeed created when the ticket itself was created (i.e. which reply is indeed the first)--if any reply was created at all. I can see how it might be useful to show "New Ticket" as the subject rather than "Update to Ticket", but I think that is a relatively minor issue not warranting a separate email template by itself. What you could do is update the Ticket Updated email template subject line to cover both cases of New and Updated tickets. If you edit that email template you can change the subject line to: {% if ticket.reply_date_added == ticket.date_added %}New{% else %}Update to{% endif %} Ticket {ticket_hash_code} New tickets will then say "New Ticket" in the email subject, and updated tickets will continue to say "Update to Ticket". To be more technical, this will evaluate that the ticket reply (the text you wrote in the ticket) was created at the same time that the ticket itself was created. In that case, it will show "New Ticket" as the subject. However, because the ticket and its reply are created independently of each other, it is possible that they may be created at a different second, causing some new tickets to continue to use the subject "Update to Ticket" instead. That is likely a rare occurrence.

    Registration Fields And 3.4

The largest concern people had was the display of the Tax ID field, and as Mike mentioned (thanks Mike!) that field can now be hidden. We want to add more control over more fields in the future, but if you just want to disable the Tax ID field, then you're good to go with 3.4.

  13. Think that may have been a "requirement" of your accountant, rather than an official one. Some do prefer leading zeroes in the filename of .pdf invoices. So that when you save them all to a folder, and sort on file name, they sort correctly... :-)

  14. If your main domain and sub-domain are on separate cpanel accounts then you will not be able to pipe department@domain.com to your blesta installation. What I did was create a hidden support department (mailer@subdomain.domain.com) then create the pipe for that (in the cpanel account for your sub-domain). I then created the support departments in blesta like normal (example Support Department support@domain.com), and then create a forwarder for support@domain.com to forward to mailer@subdomain.domain.com This seemed to work ok, blesta accepted the email, and assigned it to the correct department.

  16. Correct. This is not a reply, but a new ticket. Something is not right here. This is how it behaves on a new install of Blesta 3.4.3. A new ticket says: There's actually two issues here. - Why does the ticket end in a hyphen? - And more importantly, why does it say it's an update?

    Alpha Developers Group :p

Remind me once The Marketplace is live. I need to create some graphics for nice titles. I'd like to allow people to "link" their account with us to the forum, so maybe 2 different new titles: 1. Verified Customer 2.3rd Party Developer (Probably something better sounding, but you get the idea)

    Braintree Gateway

Fixed the file. Changes made: 1) Added the missing objectToArray() function 2) Formatted the amount to be sent to braintree with two decimal rounding Download: https://www.lolitseasy.com/downloads/braintree_gateway.php.zip Unzip and put under the location: ~installation folder~/components/gateways/merchant/braintree_gateway/ Customer was created and card was charged succesfully. I was able to see it in the dashboard and vault. Other functions like void etc thorugh blesta need to be tested.
