yeah best is to create you own theme directory, just do a copy of the bootstrap & rename it, and best to place your custom java in the java dir, etc, so you keep the same structure logic
ok, but using very own custom path can give issue with folder ownership/group, etc...
I'm also hard to understand this link given in one of above post:
https://mydomain/usr/share/apache2/beta/pay/method/4880/?sid=tuweiutmu
maybe a typo, there is no domain extension and it's really a long sub/ sub directory path
I would keep the JS / CSS files Blesta provide in the same locations they are just to ensure that they work fine. But if you make a custom folder in /app/views/client/ you can customize everything
Sorry for the slow response guys, been away for my birthday. Thanks a lot for the replies, this has given me a really good start to continue reading and learning. I'm tempted to try stay as much with Blesta as possible and just make it look and work how I want.
Thanks again,
Leonard
There are 2 advantages for us, which may not necessarily relevant to others.
1.) They are an HK based gateway so it makes things a little easier for us since we too are based in HK.
2.) We can issue something called 'SiteCoins'. Basically it's kind of like a coupon but it appears in the clients 'wallet' as money that can be spent on our site. This is independent of the billing system.
You can see how it works here: http://hosthongkong.net/?page=free
We really want to take advantage of this sitecoin feature and it's just not available with anyone else.
