  1. A setting allowing a client's account to always have invoices generated separately for each service would be wonderful. This is a common request of large resellers I assume for record keeping purposes and ease of management for them and I'd also imagine to keep one service from getting suspended due to someone else not paying, or all services from one not being paid, etc.

  2. @Licensecart sometimes i regrate to reply because of some of your responses (yes i know that you talk your mind insted of thinking first before reply). Sarcasm dosent fit you We all know that blesta devs Paul/Tyson/Cody are working very hard and we all support them for this great hosting billing system. I think I alredy said this to you in several outher ocasions but in outher words. Life is to short to waste in nonsense thin gs pieace

    Windows 10?

Haha, you're right though. Most american banks do not offer true 2FA. They like to ask "Security Questions", where it's easy for an attacker to find all the answers on your Facebook account. I think that's how attackers stole over 100k peoples information from the IRS - http://krebsonsecurity.com/2015/05/irs-crooks-stole-data-on-100k-taxpayers-via-get-transcript-feature/

  4. Suppose it's a good feature for resellers, so I would +1 this but I believe it would be best to do it via client groups and not a system setting, so you can enable it for certain groups (aka resellers).

  5. YES, Domain Management system, is what is the most missing, as by essence close to 90% in webhosting sector, just need it. and when it will be done, all "success" and other registrar modules, will be following fine/quick.

  6. Well you are right here, I turned to Blesta following the latest v6.0 release. I've got a dev license setup and the hype is not living up to expectations. I am a prime example of this. I ended up just renewing my support and updates with WHMCS early to lock in the lower price only because Blest doesn't offer what I need right now while WHMCS offers pretty much all the features I need out-of-the-box. I will visit again before the next renewal to see the progress of this in Blesta, fingers crossed this is the final year of us using WHMCS.

  7. We recommend using separate Blesta installations for testing and production if you want to run tests on the system. There is no way to differentiate what invoice/payment is a test and what is real other than the fact you know you were testing it when you performed the action.

  8. Currently the module has a Text box, I changed this because customers tried to enter the full country name and not the ISO that control panels like InterWorx, cPanel use when generating the CSR. This is what I've been using for over a year and it comes in handy and a few of my customers use this because they asked about the same issue. private function getCountriesList() { return array( "--" 11. that plugins is important for you . but is not important for hosting industry . normally before we buy a forniture , first we must have the real house . another time, i'm totally sur , almost of 80% or 90% of users is testing blesta for hosting besiness , they leave it anr return tothe competitor , because simply blesta is not adecuate 100% for hosting industry , yes we can live with it , but the reality is all the competitors has thier software adequate to hosting industry . and stop defending for something is done in the wrong way in blesta . we are here to show what it should fixed in some aspect, i can't give any opinion in case of selling licences , becuse i don't sell it and i don't have any experience in tis market , and i support blesta is well done ofr this market . but in the hosting market i'm a leader in my country , and i know what is the needed or not needed !

  12. Here are some ideas to improve the ticketing system in future releases... SPAM Handeling We like to run an open system. As a result we get a lot of spam. These features would help Add senders to blacklist. Easy delete spam. (prefer to move them to spam/junk disposition, with auto deletion after X days) Opening Tickets For Customer We tend to open a lot of tickets for our customers. Forward Emails - I get a lot of direct requests, I want to be able to forward emails customers send me to support@ and the system generate the ticket and confirm the same. The ticket owner should be the originator. The assigned agent should be the forwarder. Registered agent should be able to send an email to support with the customer CC'd. The CC is made the owner of the ticket and gets a confirmation message with instructions for tracking the ticket. Something like, "Joe at Status26 opened a ticket on your behalf. You can track progress and add comments using this link. If an address isn't recognize, the agent should be able to append an email address to an existing account, or create a new one. Support Operations Change Ticket Ownership - Registered Agents should be able to change the ownership of tickets. The use case is opening a ticket for the wrong person, and needing to make a change without loosing the thread. Loop In Staff / Ticket Agents - Need to be able to cc Staff / Agents so they are aware a ticket is open. Would be nice if they can contribute to the comments thread. Agents Should be able to change Assignment - If during the course of the ticket the person assigned is no longer the best person to manage the ticket. In that case, Agents should be able to transfer assignment and know the appropriate notifications will be sent. CRM Features Would be helpful to assign Account Managers to accounts so they get notified of all activity on their accounts, and be able to contribute to tickets submitted by their customers. Account Owners should also be able to open tickets for their customers similar to Ticket Agents.

  14. when planning the new module , just make in mind the exist service for the multiple domains already exist in database . a solution that will ignore the old services is a catastrophique solution . i insist in this , because importing domains from wh*** or blesta v2.5 has this behavior (specially in logicbox ) . every domain imported should be modified in database to work . or at least using my reloaded logicbox module that ignore the order-id .

    Invoice Services Separately

Maybe have separate pro-forma invoices -as voluntary offer to the customer to renew a service-, but do generate a single final invoice if multiple proformas are paid together? Or a single proforma with a link to a page where the customer can change which items to renew. Do note that some accountancy firms charge per invoice booked. So having too many separate ones is not desirable for business clients either.

  16. yeah, like some other, in my opinion nothing is more needed than the domain management, I use Blesta for new products I launched (no related to domain) but still use WHM** for my registry business as without domain management, it's just not possible to move this part. I do not see any other Blesta module project more important than domain management

  17. Correct you just update the information in the account settings on the module, some provide a tick box so you can just un-tick it.

  18. I'm SUR a lot of client hs stopped moving to blesta , just for the domain management system, and the order related to it . so Im a BIG supporter for the new Domain Management system .

  19. just my 2 cents opninion, refactoring coupon or domain manager is more important than a plugin .

  20. Not sure, but the module itself doesn't have a list I just wanted a dropdown box instead of a text area.
