Integrating Plugins And Such To Client Dashboard?
Michael reacted to EidolonHost for a question
So, it turns out the suggestion you made was already in place... I didn't notice this was why it kept breaking until I read the code more closely and went, "Wait a minute, I didn't put that there, Michael did!" So it's pretty much done now. I actually modified the way you had ours set up so that it just showed the dashboard and nothing else, if logged in... but I felt like that was a bit too much white. So I put it back to the way you had it set up and it's much better. Looks like we're set... except maybe for the dropdown menus up top where they should be working... but I don't know if that'd work or not... Edit: Here's some eye-candy!1 point -
This is fixed for v3.51 point

I guess you need to do this manually, or create an import tool. We used the universal module on our side to migrate, and the Blesta import plugins.1 point

One person that had the OP's problem experienced it because they had multiple cron jobs setup that they forgot about after they moved Blesta to another server. I see no other explanation for this behavior other than mistakingly running multiple cron jobs.1 point

Unfortunately blesta still dont target the "big money" (domains) and its more focus on (services) than (hosting) or (dedicated/cloud) Blesta can gain a big BOOM (and we as clients also gain more with this boom) if in the next release (3.6 I hope) focus only on (Domains) naja7host and a.daniello is right blesta should change the system as it is, is very confusing for new custummers. 1- Client goes to the website and click on "Buy Hosting" 2- Client choose hosting and options for hosting and is redirected to choose one of the options: a) Regist a new domain b] Transfer a domain c) Alredy have a domain 3- After choosing the right option, if a) or b] with will choose the domain options, and is redirected to the cart to login or creat an account. if the client on the website clicks on regist or transfer a domain, then the way should be: 1- it checks the domain avaliability and shoes the options: a)if available shows price and continue button, b] if its not available shows an option to transfer and the transfer price of the domain and the continue button 2- after that shows the options for that domain and continue 3- now, if this is a must, show an warning that the domain dosent have any hosting package, and an option to choose a hosting option or continue without hosting package a) if it choose to add a hosting package, show all available hosting packages for that group and the options for that hosting b] if choose to not add the hosting, then is redirected to the cart to finish there are many ways to do this, but this exemple and the naja7host are some of the good ways1 point

Release 3.5.0-B3

b1 and b2 were not suitable for public release1 point -
yeah, like some other, in my opinion nothing is more needed than the domain management, I use Blesta for new products I launched (no related to domain) but still use WHM** for my registry business as without domain management, it's just not possible to move this part. I do not see any other Blesta module project more important than domain management1 point

YES, Domain Management system, is what is the most missing, as by essence close to 90% in webhosting sector, just need it. and when it will be done, all "success" and other registrar modules, will be following fine/quick.1 point

Im a BIG supporter for the new Domain Management system, we need badly, but for now we can close our eyes a litle, all of us developpers are also helping a lot on the Domain functionality, so if you need any special requriment just ask us to help you add it I think WHMCS 6.0 will be the turnaround for blesta did you check WebHostingTalk foruns recently lol, (i have a broken rib, and i can't laugh because it hurts eheh, but I cant stop it) For all visitores viweing this foruns, try blesta for free, and judge for your self the power in your hands1 point

From business point of view I would prefer getting money first and worry about the details (CSR) later.1 point
